Earlier this year, a corporate client enlisted us to create a Texas themed celebration to commemorate the grand opening a new warehouse facility. Since the warehouse was the company’s first in Texas, the theme and décor of the event centered around the lone star state. Employees both locally, and internationally attended the milestone event.

The momentous occasion was marked with a ribbon cutting and presentation at the warehouse, where the normally industrial building was transformed into a truly southern space, complete with interactive calf roping and a country bluegrass band. Later in the evening, a VIP dinner was held at the Houston Club where the Texas theme continued, and guests were treated to a view that overlooked the city’s skyline as they enjoyed dinner and entertainment from dancing “saloon girls.”
