Kat + Lanham were two of the most kind and bubbly clients we had this year! When we began the planning process with them, we knew their big day had to be one of a kind and filled with their joyful personalities! From the venue selection and creative menu choices, to the colorful + modern décor, each detail was chosen to reflect the couple, and to give guests a unique and entertaining experience.

At one of Houston’s oldest churches, the bride walked down the aisle to her groom wearing a stunning, sleek bridal gown with a low back, and accented by a sparkling belts. Once the couple was announced as the new Mr. and Mrs., a choir entered the church singing “Oh, Happy Day,” the perfect anthem for the day’s celebration!

Once at the fabulous Hotel ZaZa for the reception, guests sat at tables topped with a combination of modern crystal candlesticks, candelabras, votives and vases filled with flowers. Lounge setups were also placed throughout the room, and two grand arrangements sat atop plush ivory banquets.

Throughout the evening, guests indulged in food that included a comfort food station complete with mini Southern fried chicken on buttermilk biscuits, and a Mexican street taco station. They danced the night away to music from a live band, and were served wedding cake, and late night snacks of mini grilled cheeses + homemade chocolate chip cookies.
